Not pushy, a HUGE plus

Went here for an issue with my DPF. They found the fault and explained what it was and how to avoid it in the future. They weren't pushy with trying to sell me a fix which for me is a HUGE plus. So much so that I have my car booked in for its MOT and service soon and will continue to use them going forward.
